Who makes Easy Food Labels

Hi, I'm Lance. I'm an independent developer, and I build and run Easy Food Labels myself.

I made it after seeing how confusing cottage food labeling is. Each state has its own required statement, type-size rules and wording, and the official rules are spread across long legal pages. Most home bakers just want to know what to print on the bag.

So I built a free tool that puts each state's published requirements into one form, cites the law for every rule, and shows the date I last checked it. If you'd rather not do it yourself, I'll make your labels for you.

How we check the rules

Each state’s label rules come from that state’s own law and agency pages. We copy required statements word for word, record where each rule comes from and when we last checked it, and log every change. How we verify · change log
